1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Order processing times are clearly displayed on our home page in the top announcement bar and on the specific product pages. Please review this information before placing your order.
  • Order Confirmation: After processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated delivery date.
  • Orders are considered final upon payment and changes cannot be made.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

3. Local Pickup

If you're to the DFW area, you can choose free local pickup at our store. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email.

4. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping both domestically within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. We offer free shipping to the continental US (does not include Alaska or Hawaii) for orders over $99 (not including taxes or shipping).

5. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply upon the arrival of your package in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Please contact us at hello@raineylaine.com if your package is lost or stolen. While we will assist in resolving the issue, Rainey Laine is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays. 

9. Final Sale Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
